Packaging was damaged, so some minor breakages. Won't be using the musical option - silent night on speed! Unbearable!

The product was lovely but sadly it arrived damaged as it had been sent in totally inadequate packaging. It came in a flimsy box with a clear, soft plastic lid which was not secured. This had been put in a plastic bag with no padding or protection. As a result the box lid was damaged and one of the wooden figures was broken. Some of the figures were loose in the plastic bag. I sent an email and also rang customer services to complain. The young man I spoke to was surprised and disappointed to hear of the inadequate packaging. I received a refund. I have since seen the same item for sale elsewhere at a cheaper price.

How to measure

Womens Size Guide
A
Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
