Ingredients - Salt Cod Mousse - Cod (62%), olive oil, milk, garlic and salt. Partridge Pate - Chicken liver, leek, butter, partridge (15%), chicken, white wine (Sulphites), salt and spices. Iberico Pate with Sherry - Iberian pork liver (24%), pork liver, Iberico pork fat (22%), Iberico pork lard (15%), leek, sherry (Sulphites), salt and spices. Hummus - Chickpeas (70%), olive oil, lemon juice, sesame, cumin and salt. Black Olive Pate - Black olive (85%), olive oil, oregano and salt. Mushroom Pate with Truffle - Mushrooms 71% (button, oyster, shiitake, nameko), butter, leek, peanut, truffle (0.3%) and salt.
