Simply delicious whisky-soaked fruitcakes made by a Scottish family baker. Pack of three tins includes one Highland, one Island and one Speyside whisky cake

Ingredients - Sultanas (20%), Currants (18%), Egg, Wheatflour (with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine), Unsalted Butter, Malt Whisky (7%), Mixed Peel (7%), (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, saccharose, lemon peel, preservative- Sulphur dioxide), Cherries (4.5%) (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator- citric acid, preservative- Sulphur dioxide, natural colours), Brown Sugar, Granulated Sugar, Vegetable Shortening (palm oil, rape seed oil, emulsifier-mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids ), Humectant- glycerine, Malt Flour (wheat), Salt, Mixed Spice.
